  1. Submitting an application form 

  2. Receiving a quotation which includes:

    • Checking product file and quality plan of the manufacturer
    • Conducting tests (full/partial/prototype) in the lab.
    • Conducting process audits
    • Conducting quality audits (According to ISO 9001or according to procedure no. 005)

  3. A recommendation to the professional and license committee on granting license to the manufacturer.

  4. The manufacturer signs on a supervision agreement.

  5. Receiving Standard Mark license.
