Fire safety flammability tests
The fire safety laboratory conducts fire checks for a wide variety of products.
Construction elements are tested for fire resistance; building materials are classified by their reactions to fire. Products such as curtains, chairs, mattresses, and electrical conduits, are tested for flammability.
HVAC, fume chambers for cooking, and smoke control systems installation fitness examinations are conducted in the field. In addition, the application of building materials by their classification to reaction in case of fire, and the protection of steel structures, is also conducted in the field.
Lighters and matches are assessed for meeting safety requirements.
Additionally, are evaluated attributes of mineral materials and extinguishing powders.
