Israeli industry integration and financing in international standardization program
International standardization has strategic value in the business world, and the ability to directly influence the development of new and innovative products. With the objective of increasing exports and exposing Israeli manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and industry to innovative development processes and advanced standardization, the Israeli industry integration and financing in international standardization program was established.
The program is the result of the Standards Institution of Israel's collaboration with the Foreign Trade Administration at the Ministry of the Economy and Industry. Its objective is to encourage the involvement of Israeli industry in international standardization.
Participation in international standardization processes, through the International Standardization Organization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), as well as the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) and American standards agencies is a means for improving the position of Israeli industry in the world, ensuring that the business activity of companies will be as effective as possible and facilitate the entry into new markets.
The International Standardization Program enables:
- Early exposure to emerging standards and direct influence on their content, per the needs of Israeli industry
- Establish business relations with foreign peers that participate in the standardization committees
- Access to new markets, strengthen competitiveness in overseas markets, and boost exports
The Standards Institution of Israel provides the structure and support for Israeli industry when it comes to the right for global recognition and offering Israeli goods and technologies to the world. מי זכאי להיכלל בתוכנית?
הגופים שלהלן יוכלו לקבלת החזר הוצאות על השתתפות בישיבות של ועדות תקינה בין-לאומיות, במסגרת התוכנית לשילוב התעשייה הישראלית בתקינה הבין-לאומית:
- חברה שהתאגדה בישראל ואשר מקיימת בישראל ייצור ו/או פיתוח.
- גופים יועצים לחברות בתעשייה הישראלית, שנבחרו על ידי גוף המייצג את התעשייה (לדוגמה: מכון הייצוא, התאחדות התעשיינים) לייצג את התעשייה הישראלית בוועדה בין-לאומית, ושהשתתפותם נועדה לקדם את התעשייה הישראלית בעולם. הגוף היועץ יספק למכון התקנים אישור מאת הגוף הרלוונטי בתעשייה המאשר את ייצוגו, ופעילותו תהיה בתיאום מלא עם התעשייה.
בקשת הגוף המייצג את התעשייה תובא לוועדת ההיגוי של משרד הכלכלה ואישור המימון יהיה בכפוף לאישור ועדת ההיגוי.
אחוז החזר ההוצאות נקבע על פי גודל החברה
נציג חברה יוכל לקבל החזר הוצאות על השתתפות בשתי ישיבות בשנה של הוועדות הבין-לאומיות לפי מפתח זה:
- חברות עם 300 עובדים או פחות - יקבלו מימון של 90% ממשרד הכלכלה והתעשייה.
- חברות עם 1000-300 עובדים - יקבלו מימון של 70% ממשרד הכלכלה והתעשייה.
- חברות עם 1000 עובדים או יותר - יקבלו מימון של 50% ממשרד הכלכלה והתעשייה.
הערות
- אם במסגרת ועדה בין-לאומית מתקיימות יותר משתי ישיבות בשנה, והנציג מעוניין לקבל אישור להשתתפות בישיבות הנוספות, הוא יגיש בקשה לוועדת ההיגוי לאישור השתתפות בישיבות הנוספות.
- מספר הנציגים הישראלים הממומנים לישיבת ועדה בין-לאומית אחת לא יעלה על 3.
מימון נציגים בעלי תפקידי הובלה בתקינה הבין-לאומית:
לעידוד הובלת ועדות ותחומים בתקינה הבין-לאומית על ידי נציגים ישראליים ולמילוי תפקידים כגון יושבי ראש ועדות, מזכירויות ומנהלי פרוייקטים, להלן מודל מימון בעלי תפקידי הובלה:
מודל מימון לתעשייה ישראלית שתיקח על עצמה תפקיד הובלה בתקינה הבין-לאומית (מזכירות, יו"ר) יהיה לפי המודל הבא:
מימון עד 4 נסיעות בשנה למילוי התפקיד הרשמי לפי המפתח הבא:
2 נסיעות במימון של 70% ושתי הנסיעות הנוספות יקבלו מימון של 50%.
המימון יינתן ללא תלות במספר העובדים בחברה.
