The Standards Institution of Israel has launched an importers response service on WhatsApp

As part of our efforts to be a service leader, offer high availability, and provide importers convenient and easy access from any location, we recently launched a customer service center on WhatsApp. This service center makes it possible for us to provide you fast and processional service from your mobile phone.

Yoel Bar-Gil, the Acting Industrial Department Manager: "This is another step in the service revolution that will enable our customers to contact us via WhatsApp – the place where most of our customers are already present during their daily routine.
