Lighting

The Electric and Electronics Laboratory tests, among other things, light bulbs on which apply Israeli Standard SI 20 and its parts. Types of light bulbs are also tested pursuant to the specifications of the applicable Israeli standards.

The laboratory provides the testing services needed by law, such as the tests required by the Free Imports Directive or tests pursuant to a particular regulation.

The laboratory is a member of the CB Scheme - International Electrotechnical Commission System of Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechical Equipment and Components (IECEE) – and is a signatory to recognition and collaboration agreements with top laboratories in the world, which allow the laboratory to recognize certificates and test reports for approval of the sample, thereby facilitating the entire starting process.
