Electric Devices and Electronics

The Electric and Electronics Laboratory tests a range of electric devices and electronics, such as household appliances, institution kitchen appliances, sports equipment, visual and audio devices, and information technology devices.

The tests are performed pursuant to the specifications of the applicable Israeli standards.

The laboratory provides the testing services needed by law, such as the tests required by the Free Imports Directive or tests pursuant to a particular regulation

The laboratory is a member of the CB Scheme - International Electrotechnical Commission System of Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechical Equipment and Components (IECEE) – and is a signatory to recognition and collaboration agreements with top laboratories in the world, which allow the laboratory to recognize certificates and test reports for approval of the sample, thereby facilitating the entire starting process.
