Electrical Safety
The Electrical and Electronics Laboratory specializes in approving products in compliance with the safety specifications pursuant to different international standards, on the basis of the Standards Institution of Israel's special international agreements with KEMA NV of the Netherlands, CB Scheme - International Electrotechnical Commission System of Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechical Equipment and Components (IECEE), UL Standards, Germany's Technical Inspection Association (TUV), and others.
A skilled professional team will advise throughout the product authorization stages:
- Setting the product specifications per the target market
- Finding and fixing flaws during the product development stage
- When the product development is completed, full and comprehensive of the applicable product electrical safety tests and obtaining the appropriate authorizations
Safety tests pursuant to:
- Low voltage directive (LVD) (2014/35/EU) for European CE Mark
- European Directive EC 2006/42 for European CE Mark and SEMI standards
UL/USA standards for obtaining for Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) certification for the American and Canadian markets, ETL Listed Mark, TUV, and UL - International, European, American, Australian, and other standards, pursuant to the attached ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB)
