Mechanical tests

• Choking prevention by an infant – the nipple's durability after stretching, biting, perforation, fatigue, etc.
• Pacifier ventilation holes to prevent chocking
• Product structure and integrity
• Ring protector
• Sealing and dimensions/scale markings

Chemical tests

In view of an infant's low weight, and because of the critical stage of development, chemical contaminants have a significant effect on the body

• Heavy metals are the most toxic substances in nature, which can have serious effects on human health
• Phthalates are a group of chemicals that disrupt the endocrinology system (hormones) of an infant
• Bisphenol A (BPA) is a chemical that acts similarly to estrogen, resulting in growth disruption, obesity, and harming fertility
• Antioxidants and formaldehyde are a group of toxic and carcinogenic chemicals that also disrupt the endocrinology system (hormones) of an infant
