Platinum/Golden/Diamond Marks

The Standards Institution of Israel awards its Diamond Mark certificate to organizations that have committed to quality and excellence in various fields and who bear seven or more quality marks indicating they have adopted management systems, processes and products that conform to Israeli and international standards. In addition The Standards Institution of Israel awards its Gold Mark certificate to organizations who bear three or four quality marks, and Platinum Mark certificate to organizations who bear five or more quality marks.

SII first awarded the Gold Mark in 1998, when just a few organizations received the certificate. Sixteen Gold Marks were awarded in 2000. 2001 saw a rise of 80 percent in the number of recipients to 25, while in 2002 the number almost doubled to 44 organizations. In 2003 61 organizations were awarded the Gold Mark, and in 2004 the number rose to 84. The Platinum Mark was first aworded in 2005 to 6 organizations. The Diamond Mark was first awarded in 2010 to three organizations.
