  • ISO 9001:2000

SII has adopted the ISO 9001:2000 series of standards as the Israeli series SI 9001:2000 for Quality Management Systems, and has established a method of assessment and certification of these systems in industry and for service providers. RvA of The Netherlands has accredited SII according to European Standard EN 45012 and to the international standard ISO guide 62, to perform.

 

  •  ISO 90003 : 2004

Quality Management System approvals in the field of software – Approval for according to the requirements of  ISO 9001:2000 and guidelines to this standard serve as a manual for interpreting ISO 9001:2000 for organizations that publish software.

 

  •  ISO 14001

ISO 14001 standard is a global  standard for measuring of environmental management systems. Its objective is to support environmental protection and prevent pollution. By subscribing to this standard, organizations make a firm commitment not only to comply with all applicable regulations but to continuously implement new projects to protect and enhance the environment. Adherence to the SI ISO 14001 standard allows companies to demonstrate sound environmental performance by controlling the impact of its manufacturing operations on the environment. Organizations can use structured audits, conducted both internally and by SII, to assess its environmental performance and to ensure continued adherence to the SI ISO 14001 standard. Finally adherence to SI ISO 14001 increases profitability and competitiveness by reducing risk and exposure to costly litigation.

 

  • SI ISO 17799

SI ISO 17799 is standard for digital signatures.It may ultimately become a benchmark against which all companies will be measured. There is even mandatory compliance with SI ISO 17799 in the recently passed Israeli Electronic Signature Law of 2001.

 

  • SI ISO/IEC 27001

ISO/IEC 27001 us a standard for information security management. It may be awarded to organizations that provide comprehensive solutions to information security issues throughout the organization and are committed to a total organizational view. The Standards' requirements include establishing management and maintenance of the required controls, systematic monitoring and preparation of means of reaction for every possible event.
These activities most be conducted in accordance with S.I.I Procedure 002: Approval of quality systems operating in accordance with the directives and regulations requirements of one of an I.S. 9000 series standards.


 

  • SI 18001

SI 18001 is a standard that provides requirements for an organization to control its occupational health and safety (OH&S) risks, which in turn lead to improved performance and reduced exposure to financial and occupational health and safety risks for the certified organization.

 

  • TL 9000


TL 9000, is a standard scheme based upon the ISO 9000/ISO 9001 series and focused towards telecommunication service providers and their suppliers. This scheme was initiated by an international group of Telecommunications service providers, and is designated QuEST (Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications). The part of TL 9000 that sets it apart from ISO 9001 is the metrics focusing on telecommunications (hardware, software and service considering "firmware")

 

  • ISO/TS 16949

Quality management for materials, processes and products supplied to the worldwide automotive industry – approval focusing on

the quality of the management processes of manufacturers in the industry, supplying parts, systems and products to the automotive industry. The process is done and certificates granted by NQA ( British C.B) . The activity is conducted in accordance with S.I.I 011- approval of systems operating in accordance with standard ISO/TS16949.

 

  • SI. 9301

Safety management of the overland transportation system – the standard is based on the quality management Israeli standard ISO 9001:2000 with emphasis on issues relating to overland transportation system. The activity is conducted in accordance with S.I.I procedure 002 – approval of quality systems operating in accordance with the requirements of one of the Israeli standards from the I.S. 9000 series - directives and regulations.

 

  • SI. AS 9100

Quality management in the aerospace industry - approval focusing on the quality of the management processes of manufacturers in the industry, supplying parts, systems and products to the aviation industry. The approval is granted in conjunction with the NQA (British CB). The activity is conducted in accordance with S.I.I 016. approval of aerospace quality systems operating in accordance with AS9100 rev B.

 

  • CE

Approval of products in the medical devices – Approval of products in the field of medical equipment given by notified bodies authorized by the EEC. The approval is given in conjunction with MDC
( German organization ) LNE/GMED ( French organization ). The activity is done according to European directive EEC 93/42 and appropriate certification bodies procedures'.

 

  • SI. ISO 13485:2003

production and development of medical devices – approval given for production of medical equipment in accordance with European directives and international standards. The activity is conducted in accordance with S.I.I procedure 002 – approval of quality systems operating in accordance with the requirements of one of the Israeli standards from the I.S. 9000 series - directives and regulations.

 

  • SI. ISO 22000

management system for safety in food. Requirement for every organization in the food chain – Organizational approval especially for production and packaging. The standard includes HACCP requirements.


 

  • HACCP

safety management for food manufacturers and service providers in the food field – the approval is given by the Standards Institution. The activity is conducted in accordance with S.I.I procedure 015 – approval of food safety systems HACCP – directives and regulations.

 

  • BRC for food manufacturers

requirements of British Retailers Consortium for food manufacturers. The approval is given in cooperation with ISA (Dutch organization) The activity is conducted according to ISA's guidelines.

 

  • BRC – IOP for food packaging manufacturers

requirements of British Retailers Consortium for food packaging manufacturers. The approval is given in cooperation with ISA (Dutch organization ) The activity is conducted according to ISA's guidelines.

 

  • BRC for agricultural packing houses 

requirements of British Retailers Consortium for agricultural packing houses. The approval is given in cooperation with ECAS (Dutch organization) the activity is conducted according to ECAS's guidelines.

 

  • TNC

Approval for agricultural produce and packaging according to standards laid out by TESCO retail chain. The approval is given in cooperation with ECAS and approved by CMI (British organization).

 

  • GlobalGAP

Approval for agricultural produce and packaging according to the GlobalGAP organization, an international European organization. The approval is given in cooperation with ECAS (Dutch organization) the activity is conducted according to ECAS's guidelines.

 

  • IQNET 9004

standard for checking the organizations excellence – The approval is granted for meeting the requirements of this standard of organizations excellence by the IQNet.

 

  • QWEB 

assessment of the trading sites online internet suitability.

 

  • S I 24001

Security and continuity management systems requirements and guidance for use: This original SI standard defines criteria’s for organization to assess and evaluate the security and continuity management system established. The activity is conducted in accordance with S.I.I procedure 002 – approval of quality systems operating in accordance with the requirements of one of the Israeli standards from the I.S. 9000 series - directives and regulations

 

  • S I ISO 20000

Information technology – service management specification and code of practice - this standard (based on BS 15000-1) promotes the adoption of an integrated approach to effectively deliver management services to meet the business and customer requirements. The activity is conducted in accordance with S.I.I procedure 002 – approval of quality systems operating in accordance with the requirements of one of the Israeli standards from the I.S. 9000 series - directives and regulations

 

  • ETI/SA8000

Standards that are focus on ethical management area of human resources, those standards evaluate the conditions and compliance with labor regulations (by interviewing employees), The approval is granted for meeting the requirements of this standard by the IQNet (for SA8000), and with ECAS (Dutch organization).
.

 

  • S I 10000 

This standard is in the area of social accountability, and assess if the organization have system approach towards this area (quality, environmental, health and safety, financial etc.). this original SI is one of the draft to be adopted as ISO 26000 for this area.
